Time for a change in the Athletics Department. They were caught napping on NIL, and the biggest example is an email I received on Dec 5th. Too late and too soft. Dec 5th????? A year too late.....(see below)

The job has changed, and the personnel needs to change.

The job in the past was to keep 10-20 donors happy so that they could tap them when they needed a new and shiny building or facility. The job included attending a few dinners, shaking hands at halftime, and smiling. No pressure....nice office....campus life.

The job has changed, and we must hire for a new skill set.

We need someone who can make it happen because it is not happening. No one's fault. The job changed dramatically, and we need to hire accordingly.

This is not Sha's fault....he makes things happen. It's certainly not the player's fault.

Change the job description and start the interview process.

Update from Bryan Felt Regarding NIL
Dear Pirate Fans:

As our fall seasons recently finished and the excitement of the college basketball season is underway, I wanted to take a moment to provide you an update on the topic of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL). First and foremost, Seton Hall Athletics is committed to ensuring our student-athletes have a world-class experience at Seton Hall. A new aspect of that experience is our athletes' ability to earn from their NIL; this is an area we wholeheartedly agree with and are committed to their success.
