You can change two rules in college BB. What would you change?

1- Flagrant foul calls for basketball time honored play of protecting the ball by swinging elbows....only call this a personal with contact that clearly is aimed at head '
2- Block / Charge calls need to mirror the pro rules.

1. Reduce the amount of timeouts to help the flow of the game.

2. Reduce the shot clock to 30 seconds (but leave it there and do not in the future drop it to the NBA's 24 seconds)

1. Reduce timeouts.
2. Eliminate instant replay (or at the very least restructure it so that it doesn't effectively result in an extra 3-4 timeouts per game).

1) Ability to kick teams out of conferences that don't show commitment to their basketball team

2) If you come to college you have to stay a minimum of 3 years (would require NBA to change their rules too)

1) Do away with the one-and-done rule. If you have no plan to go to class, then go directly to the NBA D-League.
2) Reduce number of time-outs.

How funny would it be if we moved to a regulation system like the EPL. The A10 could be our second division. Bottom 2 teams drop down each year, top 2 teams get promoted.

You could do P12 and the WCC
B12 and the MWC
B10 and the MVC
SEC and CUSA
ACC and the AAC

Relegation would be awesome. I think college football is a great place for a relegation experiment since the pecking order is already in place with the Power 5 conferences, the other Div. 1A/FBS conferences, and Div. 1AA/FCS conferences.

1. Any foul in the last two minutes of any half would be two shots and the ball.

2. Only two timeouts permitted in last two minutes of the game.

You can change two rules in college BB. What would you change?

1) Eliminate the flagrant 1 / flagrant 2 rule entirely, which would eliminate so many unnecessary reviews. Officials have complete, 100% authority to call a flagrant foul or not to call one. They are no longer bound by a rigid rule.

2) Create a rule that does not reset the 10 second count for ANY stoppage in the backcourt, with one exception of a player injury.

1. Fewer timeouts (other than 2nd half 8 minute TO)
2. Make most TO's the 30 second variety.

Well, it looks like I'm getting my way. LOL

All the other changes on this thread are also spot on.
