I was just curious what Willard's hit rate was with transfers over the years. it Might be a good prognostic tool for how Molson and Ike turn out. In this day and age every program in America has to have transfers apart of their recruiting strategy.

Based on results I would say Willard had 50% success rate . Which in my opinion is not very good but it doesn't mean it should discourage future transfers.
