That should be the order of things between now and Saturday…. And they’ve provided plenty of material these last two games to review in the video room.

If we do the video room first, we might not have time to practice. I’d bet Sha could go off for 20 minutes on each turnover taking us into Monday.

It’s undeniable that psychology and mental preparedness is vital for optimal sports success. I read last week that many college basketball teams including the last opponent Marquette have specialists who deal with emotional aspects of the game and the grueling schedules.

I wonder if SHU has such resources.

When you have 39 turnovers in 2 games, there's a lot to watch and learn from. Especially against the zone.

Thank you Halldan,

The posters commentary was in very bad taste.

Father John is our team chaplain, and many professional and college teams are fortunate to have one for the players and coaches.

Offering ecumenical services while traveling, counseling, and reconciliation to all creeds. Father John has been a blessing to the Seton Hall students, alumni and friends of the university for many years, always being an uplifting influence to anyone who engages him

Coleman played well tonight!1
Yes except for the time he actually passed the ball to a Gtown player and then on the ensuing next play gave up a 3 pointer to the guy he was guarding which may have been the same player so he might get an assist from Gtown.

Otherwise he made up for it with the rest of his play. He continues to impress but has his ups and downs which is to be expected from a freshman but the talent is there.

I know Father John well. Sigma Pi brother and a really pleasant person to deal with.

Whenever we see each other we still greet with the Sigma Pi secret handshake. LOL

Thanks Dan,
I was going to respond earlier, but being a friend and former classmate of John’s I didn’t think it was appropriate. Could not have said it and better than SHU Advisory and yourself.
Good luck with the surgery.

Father John is great. I love the guy. He was always supportive of us athletes on campus.

but he’s certainly not versed on the psychology of sports and mental performance. Michigan has their sports psychologist on the sideline of every game. Did extensive work with JJ McCarthy. Look how that turned out. It’s incredibly different than the level and skill of services offered and provided by SHU.

Ok fair enough. Sorry. There’s already so much anger and disrespect to go around, and I wasn’t denigrating anyone; just asking questions.
Players, coaches, administrators, therapists and us in our everyday lives are constantly critiqued and criticized. Had my questions been directed to, say, an administrator, they probably wouldn’t have been received negatively.
I didn’t realize that a priest is off limits.
Some of you know this gentleman and vouch favorably for him. I don’t know him.

Well if you didn't know him you sure as heck had a bunch of nasty things to say about him. Including a comment about his appearance.

You don't get off lightly and if you do something of this nature again you will be banned.

The case is now closed as far as I am concerned as you have been fairly warned.
