Seton Hall lost to Creighton in 4 sets in their opening BigEast match of the
season. Caught some of the last set. After losing the first game the Pirates won
the 2nd easily. Dropping the 3rd set the Pirates had a 15-9 lead in the 4th but couldn't hold on. That's
been something we've seen a few times early in this season, where SHU has a nice lead only
to lose their way. Inexperience looks to be the issue. The Pirates looked pretty good at times at
a tough venue at Creighton. Hopefully, they'll get some revenge in South Orange in October.
No reason they can't compete this year in conference play while reloading. We have a nice program
to root for. Next match this Sunday at Georgetown
