+1. Exactly my feelings. They had a ridiculous run against terrific competition. What some don't talk about is having all that talent and figuring out who to play when. That teams second team could destroy us night in and night out and somehow Calipari gets them all to play terrific basketball. But the Wisconsin team this year is really special whether they win the final or not so no shame in losing to a really, really good team in the Final Four.Originally posted by SPK145:
Absolutely not as well. They had a great season that came up just short of immortal. Don't like Calipari and was rooting for Wisconsin, but have to really respect what they accomplished.

What is Calipari doing that's so wrong? Helping kids achieve their goals? He helps not only kids, but also the school that employs him. I understand you being jealous of his success, but he's actually good for the college game. As for cheating, he's no worse than any other high-major coach. If he's cheating, then they're all doing it. That's just the way the system works.Originally posted by bobojcd:
Yes. Undoubtedly.
As a university of higher learning any season in which John Calipari is in your employ is a failure. To reward cheating in your staff, but criminalize it for your students is the height of hypocrisy.
BTW Any clean coach in the International Basketball Hall of Fame should immediately resign and request that their induction be vacated, just like Caliparis first two final four appearances have already been, and like the rest of them will eventually be,
