the guy has produced some strong teams at Iona, and has so far proven to have a good track record on developing talent (ie. Glover, and this kid English). I assume his local NJ/NY recruiting ties are very strong. He's proven he can get teams to the NCAA tournament and win in his conference.
Just wondering if there is anything slimy in this guy's background that should give us reason to stay away. My guess is that Lyons would give him high consideration, and that Cluess would take job if offered. I don't get the feeling that we'd have a large pool of quality candidates to choose from. I think Danny Hurley would probably opt to stay at URI unless we were willing to grossly overpay him. Bobby Jr. probably needs more time as a HC to prove he is ready.
