One of the big deficiencies which limits effectiveness of our half court offense this year, and in many past years, is lack of interior passing ability by our front court players.

It would be a nice development if a couple of the younger forwards like Sanogo and Delgado, begin to learn the art of interior passing.

Have there been any SHU front court players who did this well?

Perhaps Adrian Griffin and Arturas had some ability in this regard. Maybe Pat Auda also. But even in the glory years, our front court players were poor ballhandlers and poor passers.

I think - think - I remember Eddie Griffin as being a very good inside passer... When he passed.

On 2nd thought the best passing forward I ever saw play for the hall was Howard Mc Neal.

Gaze was a very good passer.

McNeil was a very good ball handler. I remember the game vs Gtwn, who pressed teams to,death, but not SH. Why you ask? Howard handled the ball like a pg and brought the ball up the court and no one could guard him because of the size/speed match up. May have been the only game Big John T called off his press.
