sorry, but this guy in year 8 fails to show he can command a team on a consistent basis and get 100% from all players. We're a much better team than what showed up last night. Comments similar to what he said this past weekend on post game show makes one believe that he just doesn't take what he has here seriously enough and is willing to settle for good but not great.
Enough of this talk of pay raise. Whatever he makes; it's more than enough IMO. He's not Jay Wright, he's not Ed Cooley. He's a decent X and O coach, a poor motivator, and a questionable recruiter. If he gets more from another program during this offseason, let him go, no counter.
