.... And hope you don't lose by 80 in Round 2.I'd rather our girls sent out to the West and have a fair chance to advance. If you are in UConn's bracket the best you can do is 1 game and out.

Why isn't it fair? If the women took care of business they would be a higher seed. UConn as far as I know has not cheated in any way. So everything is fair.
Now.....Is UConn the premier women's team....Absolutely! They have a great coach and he and his staff recruit like their lives depend on it. Women want to play for a winner......just like Duke and Kentucky on the men's side. As long as they don't cheat....like North Carolina, Louisville, and Syracuse. Lol
Placement in the bracket is all about geography. That's how Seton Hall and Rutgers ended up in Storrs last year and how Seton Hall could very well end up there again. Teams are placed into the bracket according to their position in the seed list. You can assume the four 8 seeds are numbers 29-32 on the list unless a true 7 seed had to get moved down to the 8 line for procedural reasons (avoiding a team from their own conference). First, team 29 gets placed into the bracket in the closest geographical site to their campus that won't violate a bracket principle. Then 30, then 31, then 32 gets whatever 8 spot is left. The bracket I saw the other day had Seton Hall and St. John's both as 8 seeds. In that case you would desperately want St. John's to be ranked higher on the seed list. They would then get the "reward" of staying close to home to play UConn and Seton Hall would go somewhere else..... And hope you don't lose by 80 in Round 2.
So does he have us as the weakest 8 seed? Since we are in UConn's bracket? I'd assume yes.
Keep winning and get to the conference Championship to get to a 7 seed.
4 BE teams in the tourney according to this Bracket... BEC WBB is getting better!
