Very strange to see him as last game when they were introducing some former player I can't remember now, I was thinking I haven't seen Sam in a long time, maybe never at a game. it would be great to see him.

I watched a game in the basement of Walsh back in 1997 I think it was, as Harrington was a rising senior. Sam had just joined St Pats and played in a summer game and I sat on the basket with Mike Quick from MSG. I watched same from within feet of the hoop. I swear he had 25 blocks in the game. On one possession he had 4 or 5. I never saw such an athletic, mobile guy at 7' at that age.

No one ever got the ball and dunked it faster than Sam. It was a blur.

Great to see him at a game and to be so animated.
