When 4 star Quentin Gooden committed to Xavier. Quentin is the second 2016 recruit as three star Pf Tyrique Jones had previously verbal end plus 6'9" center Raship Gaston had transferred earlier from Norfolk Syate and be eligible in 2016/2017

As someone who is never up this early or who posts so early I am having the dreaded colonoscopy this AM and for those who have had it they know the joy of preparation for that routine exam they'll understand.

I've had two actually and I feel your pain. If it makes you feel any better, the last one I had was early morning like yours, and had a noon tee time (although I didn't drive...).

Just got back from the colonoscopy and endoscopy and the " quips " we're as always funny and confirmed how quick & smart so many of the posters on this board are.
