I am not 100% sure but am guessing it is by committee when they are out recruiting.
harder to get excited about recruiting when we dont even know if there will be a season

Wasn't she a Burlesque Stripper on his payroll? I think the was a classic answer she gave in regard to her qualifications
I was always an advocate that SH should expand its recruiting footprint with its staff of assistants and why I was pleased to see the hiring of Coach Skinn and his ties to the Maryland, Virginia, DC extensive pool of talent. What I do wonder is just how realistic it is for us to target players in SEC territory as getting them to commit to teams in the Northeast has not had great success in the past.
