Sha screaming getting old

Regardless of the talent level he can still coach them on defense, passing, running plays etc. Watch sone of the lower division schools with less talent than us - they still run offense, play D, and look smart doing it. And complaining about his players after games not playing D, playing for themselves etc. and saying things are going to change (which we have heard numerous times with nothing changing) does no good other then make him look small and providing excuses for another loss. He actually shrunk his player usage for a few games and things looked a little better. Then he puts 11 guys out there last night in the first half, starts the same center who has given us nothing every game he plays, pulls Aligbe who has seemed to figure some things out the past 2 games, etc etc. it’s like we are playing our first few games and figuring out who can do what - not 16 of them.
Some good points but with Aligbe, keep in mind he was in foul trouble in each half.

Maturity—which Sha is not displaying—is not the same as coaching. His play calls are not being followed. If you actually listen to some of his talks in the huddle and see what he’s trying to get them to do on the sidelines, you’d pick up on that.

While I agree his post game histrionics are no becoming, it doesn’t mean he can’t coach.

But you—and other posters—want someone to scream at for this season. You need that validity to blast someone for the frustrations of this year.

That’s fine.

But watch what Sha’s players did the last two years during Big East play and tell me he doesn’t teach.

Does Sha Know What He’s Doing?

"When you talk negatively about your players, what you're really doing is seeking comfort because your teaching is struggling."
Or maybe it’s because kids don’t care about winning and care more about boosting stats for next year’s paycheck.

Bilas is not a critical thinker. He is struggling to see how conditions have severely deteriorated in college basketball.
