Just wait until hoopers stop playing midseason

Some of us here posted continuously about all the fake “injuries”. Only to be spoken down to here. If you really think 20 year olds have general soreness or a bad shoulder or back tightness you are sorely mistaken.

As soon as your team is out of the NCAA pictures loads of players will either stop playing or fake an injury. They have no loyalty to the coach or school, therefore they won’t care who it pisses off as they’re only interested in their next pay day.

That is a wildly inaccurate broad brush. Just off the top of my head, I can rattle off legitimate injuries that significantly reduced availability and impacted level of play - John Garcia (knee), Marcus Toney-El (back), Brandon Mobley (shoulder), David Tubek (back), Alexis Yetna (knee).

With all that said, I did have, and retain, high levels of doubt on Mr. Richmond's general soreness.

its like a brand saying their customers suck for not buying their product. is it that theres demand and the people suck, or just no demand. is that the customers fault? is what it is.

this comes down to which schools can get whales. whose fault is it that whales aren't produced at SHU and alumni relations has been terrible?
If they sucked out all of the blood of our whales more the reason to have something more for the other Hall fishes in the sea. If you look at both candidates for president both camps are always asking for small time donations.

They have done that. People complained about the cost and I’m sure the turnout was paltry. Posters bought spaces for people to bring their kids but the complaint was then that they had to pay for the adult space themselves.

Hate to say it, comes down to the simple fact that our fans outside the die hards here and there, just suck.

There is no sea of gray jerseys at the Rock.
118 people bought 144 hats.
The watch will not get done because production numbers won’t be hit.
The Peter Millar golf attire is deemed too expensive.
Every exclusive event is bitched about because of cost.
People complain about the rise in cost for the beefsteak and complain about the food.

Blame the school? Sure, I guess somewhat. Obviously there is something amiss since we cannot cultivate the same spirit other schools can. But the blame itself lies with the fans.
Ding Ding!

What was the cost on the autograph event - anyone remember?

Who Didn't See This Coming

If NIL were actually NIL, the kid would be looking for ways to actually earn NIL and create publicity from the hot 3-0 start. That is how NIL should actually work. Kids should actually earn it.

Instead he is jumping hoping another rich donor and university will take him. Doesn't show well on the kid either or the offensive coordinator if he made that offer.

I guess he didn't attend his business classes or pay attention at Holy Cross.

Manfred the worst

Honestly I don't see why the Braves wouldn't want Sale going twice in a 3 game series with the mets. Makes little sense to me
Well they said it's because of gate revenue but they're losing that anyway so who knows. Maybe they just preferred the advantage of forcing the Mets into a travel nightmare while they sit at home the whole time.

And they probably make back a bunch of that lost gate revenue by keeping the weekend KC games relevant instead of risking the Mets clinching during the week.
