You asked for an example where Trump acted vindictively. I gave you one. Now you just agree with the vindictiveness so it doesn't count?
ok... I guess you're right that Trump acting vindictively is not something you need to worry about because you will just make excuses for it anyway.
You don’t seem to get it. It’s not being vindictive when someone is unable to do their job and uses it for political purposes, when he’s not supposed to. It’s called taking care of a problem.

Weren't conservative non profits targeted by the IRS during the Obama administration.

Well, yes, but so were liberal groups. Progressive, green energy and occupy were also on target lists.

The issue was that the IRS was not supposed to target specifically based on ideology but they were supposed to target political organizations which should not qualify for tax exempt status. That was the issue.

Not vindictive or inherently biased, the tea party movement was just bigger so there were a ton of requests from tea party groups popping up which were flagged. The IRS now has a policy in place to monitor the filters used and nothing can be added without approval.

Isn't the Trump lawsuit over property values just an attack on Trump

The problem for Trump was that it became public elsewhere that he had lied. Not sure the state should let it slide when the facts show fraud?

My opinion this is a bunch of Trump is a monster because he's going to do the same things we've been doing behind closed doors, right out in the open for everyone to see and he's not going to twist it to make it sound good.

That's fair. It's entirely possible Harris would be just as vindictive.. though my original point before that was that Trump was less likely to keep the guardrails up. The people who push back against Harris potentially doing whatever she wants will be there if she wins. I don't think Trump keeps anyone around that doesn't say yes to him in a 2nd term.

Just wait until hoopers stop playing midseason

What if a contract is signed but they don’t have, and never had, the funds promised?
I assume contract law has an easy answer to that?

If any of us showed up for work and got paid differently than we were told, we could go get another job. Of course, the company we are working for made that promise, and it was not between some sports-crazed millionaire and our "advisor". SMHLMAO what a mess. And all this crap that may/is happen(ing) was so easy to assume would happen.

Trump is as vindictive as anyone else with power. It's sad but it's true. Weren't conservative non profits targeted by the IRS during the Obama administration. Isn't the Trump lawsuit over property values just an attack on Trump when everyone does the same thing and banks do their own due diligence anyway. My opinion this is a bunch of Trump is a monster because he's going to do the same things we've been doing behind closed doors, right out in the open for everyone to see and he's not going to twist it to make it sound good.

Memphis, Tulane, USF, UTSA commit to AAC amid Pac-12 interest

If Clemson, Florida State or another strong football school bails out which is very possible they would be a perfect fit. Strong BB conference and you could compete with most of the football teams .
100% agree, and FSU and Clemson are two schools that have been relatively vocal opponents of Connecticut joining the ACC, so with them gone, it would seem more likely. That said, it's always made sense for Connecticut to join the ACC, but we have never been invited. BC has publicly stated that they blocked Connecticut because "they wanted to be the New England school". It seems clear that at least some members of the conference don't want us to join.

Perhaps FSU and Clemson leaving, likely coupled with UNC and at least one other school might be enough of a sea change to make us desirable to them, or maybe not. So, while I agree with your point, I'll believe it when it happens.

More blunders on the basepaths

Torres is as usual taking heat and obviously so. But what is Soto doing going to second down 1 with two out and Judge on deck?

Do that and you take the bat out of Judge's hands.
Do you think Hyde was pitching to Judge in that spot anyway? 1st and 3rd or 2nd and 3rd Judge isn't seeing a strike. Gleyber killed a rally, momentum and everything looking to go the yankees way. But in no way do I think Hyde was pitching to Judge in that spot. It was Cano vs Wells bases loaded or if they had a lefty ready to go bring in the lefty vs Wells as Judge would've been Cano's 3rd batter.

I’m sorry, but McCabe in my view deserved no respect in how he was treated.
