1. I have been on the Powell train since his freshman year, he has the potential to go down as an all time great here.
2. Our defense was great, credit to the coach and players for this
3. PG play was good, too many fouls and a little sloppy, but overall both Nelson and Mcknight were solid
4. Thompson showed a few glimpses of what he can be, but looked lazy. Hopefully once the competition picks up so will he.
5. Mamu looked better, even though he didnt shoot it well, he put the ball on the floor and created some.
6. Not getting a 4th guard going into this season is going to be a huge mistake. Having a walkon as our 4th guard could easily come back and haunt us.
