We need Ike for 25-30 minutes this game. The Michigan front line is huge and loaded with Top 50 recruits.
He has the chance to make a name for himself nationally with this game.
Center Hunter Dickinson (sophomore)
Career thus far: The Hyattsville (MD) DeMatha Catholic star burst onto the scene as a true freshman and became a much bigger immediate impact player than originally expected. He was arguably Michigan's best player last year and garnered Big Ten Freshman of the Year honors, All-B1G first team accolades and was a consensus second-team All-American. The expectations for him this year are massive with the talent he is surrounded by.
Outlook for this season: One could argue Dickinson was already robbed of a preseason All-American bid as fellow Big Ten big men Kofi Cockburn and Trayce Jackson-Davis were named to the unit last month. Dickinson has been working on his perimeter game a bit; if he's able to make any impact from the outside this season it will only make him that much more dangerous. Another positive for him this year is that Moussa Diabate should be a bigger asset defensively in the post, meaning Dickinson may be able to play a bit more aggressively in the post throughout games.
