Close to 50 years watching Hall Hoops and the last season and a quarter have been among the hardest to endure. It's bad basketball that's tough on the eyes and my health at 67 years old. I find myself resigned to the continual bricks from deep and the pound cake dripping for 20 seconds before getting into an offensive set. Or the slow starts after the opening tip. It is disheartening and depressing - all at the same time. It feels like Groundhog Day as it happens game in and game out. Nothing ever changes. I'm afraid that Sha is too set in his ways and plans on staying the course. We are going down a path that sets the stage for three more months of what we've seen over the past 15 months - bad and boring hoops. Something has to change otherwise it is a very long season, which it is already quickly becoming. What potential player - recruit or portal dude wants to play in this offensive scheme? I firmly believe we are at a crossroads. Which direction we take is going to be interesting to see. Bad and boring are a recipe for the Big East basement and irrelevance in the future. What say all of you?
