Yeah, tough to read what the hell is going on.
As nice as it is to see Bannon supporting my views on the Don Jr meeting, I don't really trust him.

Bannon is a disgusting race baitor. He's also VERY smart, and doesn't really lie. Reading what came out, can anyone honestly say it's not true? Come on. Just more evidence to pile up against the animal we have in the White House.
Yeah, he doesn't lie? Go back and watch his 60 Minutes interview when he emphatically states there was absolutely no collusion with Russia.
I never liked Brannon and he gives me the creeps but why do I feel like we are being played with this "explosive" book? Bannon now stands to make a load of coin and Trump can distance himself from him as he tries to gain broader support for the next wave of legislation.
Entirely possible take, although not sure why he would need to go after Jared as well in this as much as he did.
The whole Trump angle has been this is all fake from the deep state. But this coming from Bannon who will still maintain trust from the alt-right crowd, will be a problem moving on to any new legislation.
Another take is that the tax cuts were the objective. Bannon is now done with Trump and may throw some gasoline on the fire of this investigation.
I actually think Bannons following and influence on the electorate is minimal at best.
The most interesting thing that I have heard is Bannon's take on the Russian investigation. It appears that he thinks that this is a legitimate investigation and that it will result in criminal prosecutions of the Trump family. He has called all the meeting at the Trump Tower with the Russians "treasonous." This is very telling to me.
Now all of a sudden you believe Bannon and consider him legitimate, LOL???

Not quite. He said there was no collusion (actually working with the Russians to win the election) and now says that Jr taking that meeting is treasonous (i would disagree with treason, though maintain it was not legal) and this investigation is now about financial crimes (notice he doesn't dispute that like he does the collusion)
He is now implying that Kushners money is dirty, and he will roll on Trump who also has dirty money. I'm sticking with the thought that this investigation leads to Trumps removal from office before he completes 1 term. I do not think it will be based on collusion directly. I think it will be obstruction and financial crimes.
Obviously it remains to be seen and is just my opinion for now... but it is based on more than hope.
There have been signs about where this is heading since Trump fired Comey.

The Kushner family has been a dirty dealing family for some time with a strong and long history of donating to the Democratic party. They are dirty and that is how they roll. If anything blows up in Trump's face it will be because of Kushner and Trump's sons IMO. I still think Trump is too stupid to have done anything with the Russians other than to cast a blind eye and allow their meddling to go on.
Bannon only cares about Bannon so you really can't take what he says too seriously. He lives in his own alternate world. He will make more crazy statements to get himself noticed. That is what he thrives on. He is a potentially dangerous guy for the Trump's though. He was very involved in the campaign and first 6 months of the administration.

Don't know what Hillary has to do with this but, back in July I offered you a $100 bet to the charity of your choosing that Trump will not complete 1 full term.
