Last Meeting:
Seton Hall 95, Sacred Heart 69 (F) – Nov. 6, 2019 (Walsh Gym)

AGAINST SACRED HEART
Seton Hall and Sacred Heart will meet for the "Battle of SHU Supremacy" for only the fifth time in history on Monday. Seton Hall has won all four prior meetings. Most recently, the Pirates routed the Pioneers, 95-69, in Walsh Gym in its 2019-20 season-opener.

SCOUTING SACRED HEART
Sacred Heart is coming off of one of their most-successful seasons in history. The Pioneers finished with a 24-10 overall record, which included a 15-1 mark in the Northeast Conference. They steamrolled to the NEC title, winning all three games in the tournament by an average points margin of +27.7 per game. Unfortunately, Sacred Heart's season came to an end with a 49-42 loss to Presbyterian College in the NCAA First Four.

Ny'Ceara Pryor was named NEC Player of the Year for a second straight campaign, while Sajada Bonner and Amelia Wood were named Third Team All-Conference and Nalyce Dudley earned All-Rookie Team honors.

This season, Sacred Heart makes its move to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and is picked to finish fifth in the 13-team league. Pryor returns and was named to the All-MAAC Preseason First Team. She was also named to the Becky Hammon Mid-Major Player of the Year Award Watch List. Wood also returns to boost the Pioneers frontcourt.

Sacred Heart enters Monday's contest with a 3-4 record. The Pioneers are coming off a convincing 79-57 victory over Morgan State on Thursday. Sacred Heart's other two victories came over Monmouth and Hofstra. Pryor currently leads the team with 18.0 points per game to go with 5.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 4.1 steals per game.
