Willard's Salary was $600,00 per year his first 4 years here..he is only making the 1.1 million + bonuses to $1.4 mil last year and next 2 years as it was the extension that kicked in.

Base salary, bonus, deferred comp, etc. to me it's all the same. It's how much your employer pays you. These aren't numbers I'm pulling out of thin air. These are taken directly from shu's 990 form which is reported to the IRS
