Big East only stats: Coleman

amazing. won't be sustainable because 1) we've played pretty much all the worst teams so far and 2) teams are just going to take him out of the game.

if he does sustain it it will be one of the rare scenarios a bottom place team produces a first team all big east. think the last one was billy garrett?

What Coleman is doing is very impressive. It’s not only the stats but watch how he battles and gets all the defensive attention. Plus, he gets after it on the glass. He’s getting zero help yet still elevating. He’s popping, embracing the role. Impressive.

Seton Hall has only had 2 of 16 when Coleman and Jenkins play well together in the same game (VCU, at Providence). If you could ever just get them going consistently, we’d have a shot. Tough to do when we don’t have a PG, but them playing well is our only hope at this stage. Aligbe’s newfound touch around the rim is promising too.

He’s been fantastic. I don’t think anyone disagrees with that. An opportunity was thrust upon him and he’s run with it.

I am surprised with one part of Zay's game so far. 41.1. He is shooting his ass off from three. He has always had a great pullup, and each of those two weapons helps the other. I think he will improve his driving.

If Chaunce stays at the recent clip (he and Zay both around 40% from 3) and Prince too, that sure helps Zay. And I will be shocked if Scottie doesnt become a decent part of the offense too.

Hope we are working on Chaunce and Zay's ability to draw fouls on their drives. Cant jump over everyone anymore. If those two get fouled, cha ching.

43.3 is his 3PT %. I always use Big East only stats, much better way to gauge.
