DePaul has suffered two excruciating OT losses in the past week. They have moments of strong offensive play, but then breakdown near the end. Good coach, but he may mismanaging late game situations. Give Marquette credit for hitting 4 consecutive important threes.

Gtown for the last many years have fumbled away games with one turnover after another. They had 13 second half points coming down the stretch. Peavy just killed his team. SJU was ready to lose this one. Give them credit for turning up the defensive intensity. Richmond came on strong and they do have players that can hit shots.

When I saw Dixon shoot that contested 18 footer after a TO o n that critical possesion...what is he thinking.

I am not impressed with SJU either. They won and were missing a key starter so you have to give them some credit. And how about DP. First they take the mighty, mighty SHU Pirates into OT, and last night do the same vs Marquette.

Didnt watch the CU game much. Had my fill of hoops. Something that never used to happen.

Magic Johnson was the first PG I remember who dribbled the clock down and didnt move till under ten seconds were left. Love Magic, love the Lakers. Never liked that play. Take away the first option and you are in trouble. And if you are not Magic, you are really in trouble.

Awful bad luck for the DP PG to bounce it off his ankle for the TO at halfcourt, then he steps out of bounds after getting the rebound of the missed ft.
