The NFL has decided to play the Black National Anthem before games. I have No idea what that is, just like I had no idea what Junteenth is ( Still don't understand the discombobulated English)

How long before we start playing the Black Nation Anthem ( whatever...before our games?)

When you have a call for talent auditions the scope can be very precise...for example say there was a script that had a abe lincoln type character denzel washington would not be called for audition to that role much like if there was a script for a mlk type character brad pitt would not be called to audition to that role. As for azaria he voiced an animated character who is depicted as an indian immigrant to runs a wawa style store which is def bias within itself.

This is coming from the league who wouldn't honor the Dallas cops shot a couple years ago or let players wear patriotic cleats for 09/11. Eventually they're going to make it where only BLM protesters want to go to the game. Lincoln had the emancipation proclamation...lincoln was executed in april 1865, juneteenth is two months later

That comes across like a bigot with reference to hbcu. Hbcu mostly rose post civil war and prior to 1964 you know when the south was segregated and AA college bound students could not be accepted or enrolled into colleges. Italian immigrants may have faced slurs when they came over and had issues with English but cant hold a candle to what our AA community faced and faces for far too long.

Hbcu exists because racism and segregation prevented integration of colleges for a long time.

What's your point on this? I am actually afraid of your answer.

NFL is about 70 25 and 5 right now.
There are caucasians in the NFL. Many of them play on offensive or defensive lines, play tight end or linebacker if they are not QB. One of the best skill players in all of the NFL is caucasian and a RB for Carolina. As for APAC presence there is a history of Pacific Islanders in the NFL typically from Samoa. Some Australian nationals and Australia is as much of an immigrant nation as USA if not more, thosed that played Aussie rules football have come over to be Punters and fullbacks in the NFL.
It would be very hard to find Koreans, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese because seldom do you have those that are 6'2" plus and upwards of 230 to 250 lbs.

NBA you clearly haven't watched the first 20 years of the 21st century if you think its an all black only league. There has been beautifully skilled players of hispanic and Spanish heritage in the league. Many from the 2004 Argentina team that won Olympic gold medal played in NBA for many years. There has also been players from Mexico, DR, PR.
As for those with true Asian backgrounds again how many Chinese, Koreans, Japanese are there at 6'5" and above...Now there was a super big from China in early 2000s Yao Ming who ended up with as many foot issues as Bill Walton and it curtailed his career. There have been some others from China this century Yi Jialin was a bit of a flop.

As for caucasians in the NBA, Kevin Love, JJ Reddick, Alex Caruso plus many European nationals and many mixed raced Americans also in league.

I think its extreme comparison to compare overall diversity in a niche sport league where A. The window of play from a player perspective is quite short in either league vs the real world. Average NFL player is maybe 3.5 seasons not sure what NBA is.

Real world business though its leas likely in the modern era than in past decades you can be at a company for close to a lifetime or atleast be in an industry with maybe 3 or 4 moves for 30 to 40 years.

In any sports league if you have the goods and you are even a Martian from Mars you will get play.

As for real world hiring practices in business i dont see it as a true comparison.
