Sure, I'm just saying their total cases are still excellent and Delta is causing cases to rise everywhere. I'd defer to Merge on percent of population hospitalized, where Florida is crushing it.

More of I’m against government mandates. If there is a vaccine now that actually works, I believe leadership should be more promotive of getting the vaccine without mandating it vs. the histrionics and shaming of those who choose not to get it.

If you are fine with the government gaining ever more power over your life, have at it, just don’t include me, I can run my own life, you know liberty, freedom, and personal responsibility.

I’m not going back to FL until October, I wish it were sooner.

im typically against government mandates but sometimes its a grey area. part of the game is unity.

im not on either side of the spectrum on this. i dont have a problem with FL doing what theyre are doing, but i dont think their results are good just because they maintain freedom, liberty, etc

At this point, I am as well... but with the caveat that we can't just sit back and watch hospitals fill up and stress capacity like what we are seeing in certain states. At some point you need to be able to see the trend of where things are headed and do something other than hope for the best.

To your original point... That's the difference between Florida and other states.
The other states added restrictions because of hospital capacity concerns. Florida is not really doing anything to slow the spread and ease the pressure on hospitals.
