That's a good point by Jerry. The special teams don't care about who gets the job done they just care about getting the job done.

When all is going well sharing the ball and trusting your teammates is easy. It's been a mantra many on this board having been noting for years.

The problem is what happens when you're not playing well? That's where Jerry's hero comment holds weight.

We might see this situation today or we might not. But sooner or later the team is going to play poorly and there will be situations where the 'stars' will have to shine. But over the course of the season you win as a team not as individuals.

Our young team is slowly learning that. But I'm not sure we're completely there yet.
 
Good point Dan. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Still young. Let's just keep getting better and everything else will fall into place.
