To reiterate what other people have said, Xavier at 13 is quite a take. I guess Norlander is a big Miller fan. He's also got Seton Hall 15 spots worse than where Kenpom's got us.
As an aside, the most delusional BE fanbase I've observed this year has been Marquette.

True but understandable when you factor in we lost a proven coach in Kevin , we’re a team with a large number of new players to integrate and get to play together added to the fact that our recruiting results have not set the world on fire and with no recruits yet in hand for 2023 Norlander doesn’t view us as a top 50 team.. I disagree with where he places us and I have no doubt Sha will use this ranking as motivation .
