Like him or not...Sir Charles always says it like it is.
Charles got paid at Auburn… Ha! So his comments are BS.
But there is “paid” and there is “PAID”. It’s the size of an imbalance of the money that is destroying the game.
And it’s the open bidding and leveraging.
It kinda makes me think of legalizing marijuana. I don’t care about the legality, but I hate walking around NYC and having to breath in potheads smoke every 7 feet.
Love Barkley! At least he says what he feels and has respect for the game. Great sense of humor too. He doesn't take himself too seriously.
He is very much like that in person. He's a member of a course up here and I ran into him on the driving range last year there and there was absolutely no difference. What you see is what you get.
Greed and how much money someone thinks he is entitled to have ruined families, businesses and personal relationships and is on track to destroy college sports. It looks like that old adage “ money is the root of all evil.”.may be right.
