Happy with the way things turned out going 2 of 3 after what we’ve see to date. One thing that really stands out that I haven’t heard anyone talking about is up 4 yesterday with two timeouts and the ball under a minute. Jenkins comes down right in front of the bench and proceeds to drive to the basket way too early in the shot clock. Sha has to use a timeout there to settle things down or tell Jenkins who’s right in front of you to run some clock. Maybe he did and Jenkins didn’t listen. Maybe Jenkins thought they’d foul. I thought there were two clear choices (run clock or timeout) and neither were used. Need smarter execution there. That almost cost them the game.

We play these tight games bc of good defense and inept offense, but the end games have been a real circus this year.

*The fiasco with Aligbe/Addae-Wusu rushing around and dropping a pass with the lead against Fordham.
*Whatever in the world we were trying to do with the ball at the end against Hofstra.
*The missed FT’s against VCU.
*Last night we begged FAU to steal that game.

I guess we can talk about so many new players, Addae-Wusu and Jenkins are 5th-year Seniors.

All good points. We have to develop a PG to take control during end game situations. Dylan is not that guy - not his fault either. Gotta develop Felton and Dual to take the reins down the stretch. Give it all you got Sha!
