Seton Hall is at a disadvantage in NJ. Holloway can't be involved in NIL the way Cooley is allowed in RI, due to NJ legislation.
I have difficultly understanding how the State of N.J. can impose restrictions on a private university as it goes about pursuing entering into business relationships under NIL .
Maybe it is harder, but you have to figure out a way to get around it or address it. Otherwise it’s just an excuse.

Finding the right person to run a NIL program for many schools will not be easy and certainly not be cheap and since SH is not a “destination “ school people are not banging down our doors to come and run a NIL program .
