Me neither & I was pulling for UConn. Just way too many fouls in general that ruined the flow. Was still a great game.
MD vs CSU & Oregon vs Zona were the two of the best games of the tournament so far. So much more enjoyable watching teams that can actually score.

Dan has to learn a lesson from these dumb outbursts. If he kept his mouth shut and just showed his emotion for his players after the game he is the greatest.

Apparently more to the story now too. Whoever took the video is saying the Uconn communications guy threatened him about putting it up. Apparently the person taking it was somewhere he or she wasn't supposed to be. Nowadays everyone with the god-damn phones feeling compelled to capture everything 24/7...
Hurley needs to be smarter. Now a days everything you do and say in public can be caught on video. these things can be easily avoided. I pull for him and he is excellent coach.
I can't even imagine how many posts and threads there would be if PDS did the stuff that Hurley does. Impossible to quantify.
And I say that who has rooted for Hurley not only as a player but since his first coaching gig, because of the Hall connection but also because of all the stuff I've read and watched about his family and Dad specifically over the years.

This is spin from uconn types. The SID, a former shu athletics comms guy at that, issued an apology to the reporter at the local NC station
Yeah, Hurley has his issues but compare him to some of the other coaches in this year’s NCAAT.
A wife beater,
A guy who allowed unsavory women in the dorms,
A stalker,
a guy with a DUI arrest,
Several guys who were fired for egregious violations
Etc.
So let’s cut Hurley some slack.
