Absolutely not. It will hurt this program for the next 3 to 4 years. He is not happy here and that is public knowledge. When a coach is unhappy lets forget about his past 5 years of 1 Nit and that's it. Forget the record for a minute. An unhappy coach which includes unfortunately his family is a terrible situation for Willard and the school.
