I posted this is another thread about Cook and privacy. Maybe he came to the same realization than Tim Cook that he wants to hold onto some level of privacy, maybe the amount of press was too much, maybe wanting to focus on his basketball and a "private" personal life was #1 vs being an advocate for the LGBT community... maybe he was busy playing video games. I don't know which "maybe" but regardless, do you really believe Gordon owes anyone further explanation other than "I want to focus on basketball". He seems like a happy kid and the feedback on him is he's a great kid and content with his life. My question is how does the personal choice of "privacy" make anyone look bad?
