I rewatched the game this morning. He mentioned several times that he feels Shaeen should be COY, and that Dre should be Most Improved. He was VERY complimentary to the coach and team. He talked about the defense intensity that starts from Shaheen and how the players were playing his brand of D. I enjoy his calling games.

I wonder if considering how dominant NIL is if Sha pulls the upset and wins it. Everyone who votes knows what he did with so little. And he beat Danny. Lol
I don't know if it has been done before, but i really think you can make a case of co-coach of the year. It is hard to argue the job Danny did this year (and he was picked 3rd).

Yes it has. The year Willard won in 2016 he shared it with Jay Wright.
I don't think Donny has the best relationship with Hurley, and that's part of why he said what he said.
There are many people in the business that do not like Hurley, and just maybe that gives Sha a slight chance of COY.
