Musk and Trump are two very ego driven people. I’d guess it’s not going to end well when a disagreement comes up, or one of them starts to feel like the other doesn’t respect them enough.
I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a meltdown of the relationship.I still view him positively but also don't like his antics. The eventual fallout with Trump was obvious though.
Come on! Are you for real with this? They're two jerks whose phony marriage of convenience has collapsed. It was obvious this was going to happen eventually (though it's surprising how fast this happened).I wouldn’t be surprised if Trump and Musk have concocted some kind of deception scheme with the pushback.
I said I wouldn’t be surprised. Nothing surprises me anymore. You call Musk a “jerk”. I call him one of the most intelligent and important innovative minds that has benefited this country immeasurably. And yes, he is a damaged guy, has Asperger’s and doesn’t have a filter.Come on! Are you for real with this? They're two jerks whose phony marriage of convenience has collapsed. It was obvious this was going to happen eventually (though it's surprising how fast this happened).
Sounds like George Soros too, no?Battle of two ego maniacs has to have an ending. I have posted this before. I believe Musk wants to be de facto President since he can’t actually run for it. He will run candidates and own them due to his vast wealth. And it seems that’s what he wants to do. Question is that I have always had about him is this. What is he politically? Is he someone who thought he could just manipulate Trump into doing what he wants and thus his shift to the right. Or, has he really shifted to right of Trump and will continue crazy conspiracies that he throws out.
If you look at history, Musk wants to be able to advance his vision and innovations. He also had very little interest in taking an active role in politics prior to this election. (He walked out of a room on Trump in 2016).Battle of two ego maniacs has to have an ending. I have posted this before. Who is doing this?Musk had to leave anyway. It’s funny to see Democrats rally to his side now.
Poor SHUSA….still suffering from TDS.LMAO how will Hall85s unaccountable ass spin this. staunch elon supporter, so far up his butt he can taste what was for dinner. also will pretend not a staunch trump supporter but has been pro trump on everything and defended him on everything. so when everyone said DOGE was a crock of shit we heard the typical gab fest. now the president is not only saying it's a crock of shit, but the the real money is wasted with DOGE itself and the glorified incel staff. too rich.
everyone here backed both these guys up. now they have to admit they were wrong on one of them. oh the horror. let the spin zone begin!
Poor SHUSA….still suffering from TDS.
Tomorrow when you wake up, Trump will still be President and Musk will still be the richest man in the world.
lol…like it’s a joke. Yet people are obsessed with Trump and everything he does. The term is legit funny.Kind of funny Trump said Musk has TDS. Sort of makes the TDS line you guys like to throw around meaningless now.

I would agree that it is sad. We wouldn’t be here if Congress did their job. We wouldn’t be here if the MSM news played it down the middle. Add social media that has accelerated division and celebrity at the same time. It’s been a 20 year slide.I think people are just shocked this is the president. Sad how we got here as a country.
No. You mention Soros but forgot to mention the Koch brothers from the Republican side. How balanced of you.Sounds like George Soros too, no?
You balanced, LOL?? 2 republicants to one democrap? There are plenty on both sides, you didn't even mention Bloomberg, LOL!!!No. You mention Soros but forgot to mention the Koch brothers from the Republican side. How balanced of you.
Or what the tech billionaires did the last 10 years. You balanced, LOL?? 2 republicants to one democrap? There are plenty on both sides, you didn't even mention Bloomberg, LOL!!!
You are not getting it. Musk wants to be the de facto President in my opinion. Other people wanted to donate to gain influence over policy decisions that affected them. Whether it was religious or business. In my opinion, Musk is different. He wants to control the government not just the policies that affect his business but everything the government is involved in. He is more of a Norcross except on a national scale. Norcross is the boss, he controls the politicians. This is how I see Musk. Any other examples are not it.You balanced, LOL?? 2 republicants to one democrap? There are plenty on both sides, you didn't even mention Bloomberg, LOL!!!
I don’t think you could be more wrong on Musk. There is nothing about his past that shows an interest in being a de facto president. The businesses he has created has been good for the environment, national security or improved health. His businesses have made our country stronger. You are not getting it. For example, Peter Thiel wants to influence government policy to adopt crypto. But he has no interest being the president.
His past is irrelevant. Look what he has done recently and what he is saying. He stated that In November he told the people to fire those politicians that will vote for the bill. He also stated that Trump will be here for 3 years but he will be here for 40 years. These are obvious threats to those who go against him.I don’t think you could be more wrong on Musk. He has also been outspoken about the importance of AI and also the danger of not managed appropriately. My opinion is that he saw a chance to influence policy regarding AI and government waste. SpaceX, Starlink and Neuralink will make major impacts in the years to come.
you mean all of the videos of Elon clearly gacked out of his mind? Tesla board probably wants him out, was never the visionary for the idea anyway.Does anyone here care that DJT 47 is going around telling people Elon is a heavy user.
That’s just silly. Is your past irrelevant? His past is irrelevant.
Well he is going to be here for 40+ years if he keeps innovating like he had. SpaceX will continue to be a critical part of NASA and the space program. Starlink will continue to be critical to communications when disasters strike and in conflicts, and it may also play a role in the investment in air traffic control.Look what he has done recently and what he is saying. He stated that In November he told the people to fire those politicians that will vote for the bill. He also stated that Trump will be here for 3 years but he will be here for 40 years.
Musk cannot operate in a system like the cabinet because he doesn’t have the awareness or patience. He sees the solution and just barrels forward. He never even contributed much before the last election. Dems salivated over him at the time because of Tesla. Will he fund a candidate going forward? I don’t think so. The only reason IMO that he got behind Trump was that he saw the danger in another Biden term or worse yet, Harris. These are obvious threats to those who go against him.
The guy habitually puts himself in knots like a pretzel with his takes. Nothing knew from him. He suffers from TDSS.
