If all of this comes down to Willard being able to secure another job, then we are sunk. After watching five years of abject failure after failure on the recruiting front, it is difficult to imagine Willard being able to sell himself into another position. Unless he goes the nepotism route, it is impossible to believe or hope that he can move forward.
