FINAL WEEKEND - ANY THOUGHTS ?

And exactly, what is BO's plan to do so?? Adding a $1 trillion to the debt for each of the four years is bad enough, but he's run away from any and all solutions to stem that. Ultimately, that's the issue I have with him. Incredibly poor leadership...based on that alone, he doesn't deserve a second term.

I wouldn't have figured all your buddies were liberal; only that perhaps you had no buddies.
Speaking of brightness, or lack thereof, you made a pretty dull generalization about the Supreme Court apointees that was quickly rebuffed, even by one of your fellow Democrats, and you were fairly silent after that.

I have LOTS of liberal friends, but very few that are such sickening shills, or one-trick, social-reform, ponies. At least you have Christie for almost six more years, guaranteed.

No need for the personal attack Donnie. We can disagree but let's keep it civil.

I'm just tired of the left-slanted shots at conservative intelligence. One needs to look no further than the Hollywood geniuses for the best and brightest of the think-tank.

And regarding fattening wallets? Let's look at NJ for a prime example of the Democratic machine: the wealthiest towns are populated by the most liberals, and while they need the poor and uneducated of our blighted cities to keep the machine rolling, just keep them THERE, out of "our" neighborhoods.

This is not a big revelation but if the predictions are correct, Ohio is the most important swing state with Nevada, Wisconsin and New Hampshire playing a very big role in the final result. I believe Obama will win PA (closer than folks think though) and lose Florida and Virginia. My final prediction is Obama wins the electoral college and Romney wins the popular vote. But if Romney wins Ohio (most likely by a small margin and early Dem voting is down compared to last election) this gets very interesting. If he loses Ohio he loses the election - simple as that. Should be interesting and I wonder if we know the result tonight...

Ohio has been pretty tough to read from the early voting. Early voting is up about 350k from 2008, but there is really no way of knowing who showed up besides looking at where the votes are coming from. If there was some demographic data, it would paint a much better picture.

Romney can win without Ohio but he will need to win Colorado, Wisconsin, and New Hampshire, Virginia and Florida.

The most recent polling shows Obama with at least a slight lead in each of those states.

In 2008 George W. Bush won re-election in Southern Ohio because of the record turnout in the bible belt areas. What brought them out then was gay marriage being on the ballot as a referandum. The big question is whether or not they come out this time.
