the final concept has been agreed to and very shortly, probably mid month, the major donors will see the plans and then eventually a video.

The wait is almost over. Shovels in the ground about a year from today. The project is expected to cost slightly over $40M, although IMO that figure will rise, and take 2 years to complete.
