hearing some companies no longer using term encourage to get now using term required
 
Are you drinking? What does that mean?
I am saying employers are sending out flu shot/vaccination email literature saying it is now a requirement if in office or on company travel unless reasonable accomodation is approved by HR to forgo
 
My stance is that this is a crazy thought and i am far from being deemed an anti vaxxer. I believe in immunization program infancy to young adult.

However, flu shot doesnt guranteee that another strain of the flu wont infect someone or the intensity of the infection if it does.

I have never had a flu shot (close to 40) and have had 2 real cases of a true flu in all this time because I am responsible with who and what I interact with and have taken sanitizing precautions pre pandemic

I have not seen that. Our insurance covers 100%, but we would not require it. I can’t imagine an employer wanting to get in the middle of that one.

ive always been curious about the regular flu shot. need donnie to weigh in on that one. medical guru here
