Top5% paid 54% of total tax in 2003 so they are paying 6% more of total today so you better take down the clip because what he complained about has improved substantially.

Latest data from 2021. Indicates too 5% paid 66% of total tax compared to 2003 so I guess Bernie complaint has really been resolved.
