The stupid "tricks" adults taught grammar school kids really pissed me off when my son was that age. Between ahole coaches and ahole dads screaming from the stands - his son averages 8 a game for a .500 6th grade team, dad sees a college scholarship in the future if the son only shot more lol

The whole game has gone to crap! The pro garbage is just filtering down, cheap shots, traveling aka euro step or gathering, flopping, it's all there. The women's game is rapidly catching up with the street ball mentality and posturing.

That was hilarious. For one thing, it was an NBA level flop. If the rest of his game develops as well as his flopping, we'll be reading about him someday. If not, well, he'll always have this moment of viral fame. The pearl clutching about "parenting" is nonsense.

I guess. I will say that my kid was notoriously good at getting calls in soccer with a well timed flop. I don't love it in basketball, especially to this extent, but I recognize that that's at least somewhat hypocritical.
