ANOTHER MISSED TRAVEL FOLLOWED BY AN OKLAHOMA 3. Absolutely unacceptable officiating. Just replayed it and he hopped with the ball, which is a turnover. Just terrible that the refs either aren't watching for it, or are ignoring it.
Do we recruit players who can’t shoot free throws? These is no other explanation, year after year. Kadarri’s FTs weren’t even close

Maybe the officiating has been suspect but how can we not blame the players? This is a JV offense so far tonight. Maybe we come back??
Absolutely there's blame there. You can't throw the ball away blindly, take random wild shots, etc. But this officiating is killer in addition to the crappy play.

Not the first time I've said this on this board but we are a very different team when Tyrese is not on the floor. That cheap 3rd foul call was the play of the game.
With such a slim margin of error against any decent team you just can't play like this. Turnovers, missed free throws defensive lapses etc. And I have never seen so many players trip, slip and fall all the time. This is not Monmouth or Wagner anymore. Did I hear right OU had only 8 turnovers?
It's hard to win when your best player is on the bench most of the game.
That was horrific. Our total lack of interior defense is grotesque.
Sha just doesn't seem to have the feel yet for how the pieces fit just yet. Think these are the pains of a lot of new pieces coming together. Now if we are still playing this way in February, that's a different story.
Let’s be honest here: we played like crap and looked totally disjointed. Also, this is Sha’s second game against real competition. He’s a first year head coach and has a lot to work on but he deserves time to do that. It’s not like he’s going to immediately turn us into the next Gonzaga or Kansas in year one
By the way…that was a Willard staple.

Yes it was 7 seconds into the game. After that the refs decided to stop calling fouls very often until a ransom stretch of the second half where they called every time a player touched someone else… then back to nothing much
