Game Thread- Seton Hall vs Hofstra- Nassau Coliseum

Agreed, he’s to our offense as Aaron Judge was to the Yankees in October. An absolute black hole. He literally can’t do anything but put his head down and bulldozer down the lane praying for a foul.
As a diehard Hall fan and Yankee fan, please never put DAW's name in the same sentence as Aaron Judge when it comes to their performances on the field/court. Or, for that matter, please don't put anyone who has played for the Hall since Myles Powell in that conversation.

As it stands, Judge could probably play PF for us and score 6-8 a game.

The bright spot for me is the play of Godswill. Looks like a BigEast level athlete. He did have 3 turnovers, but nothing that looked that bad. So, in the long run he could be a contributor. The rest of the frontcourt were out of control or pressing. Jenkins in a stable offensive set has the ability to make shots. Sha has to make winning the game the priority. Can't keep pulling guys in or out.

Godswill looks farther along than I thought, but let's also be real about the front line competition he has seen these past 3 games. The mid-majors are usually far better at the guard/wing spots, because any remotely decent big is either poached out of HS or via the portal. Again, he looks better than I thought he would at this point, but it's a whole new world when we start playing high majors and especially in the Big East.

Hall has bettter Athletes and contines to start O in halfcourt corner with a poor dribbler leading to forced shots --press and run v these Bums

Defense will keep them in games until the offense comes around. The five they had on that mini run is the five they should be going with. Sprinkle in some Toumi and Middleton with some minutes off the bench. As NYC Pirate said, get the ugly win and move on.

I don’t think you understand the analogy

I honestly think Prince might be the most frustrating player to watch for this team.

This second unit if left in the game has to contribute. If not Sha is risking a loss by pulling the starters.

Is Zion in the building? Seems like he’s in Shas doghouse. He’s probably our best PG too.

I wonder if Chaunce knows that Coach Sha threw some shade his way during the halftime interview. Looks like he’s responding.

I'm sure this offense is really gonna get the NIL flowing in. Pru will be empty come February

There's no reason to think we won't lose this game given that it's been like a 3-point game forever

Remember when I said Toumi has potential to be Tre Jackson, the sequel… yeah
