Davis has to control his emotions. He was upset at being called for the offensive foul, then commits a stupid foul 30 feet from the basket on the next possession. Takes himself right out of the game. It's why he fouled out against Creighton too.

The first call was trash so I get why he is frustrated - but letting that frustration carry into a stupid reach in foul is inexcusable. Hopefully Sha is in his ear telling him that can't happen, for us to have a shot we need you out there.

Marquette will probably play much better in second half. Hall needs step up offense to stay in the game until end. Keep it close with a few minutes left and take our chances to pull it out.

Been willing to give Sha the benefit of doubt on TO usage but this is becoming a glaring mismanagement. Needed it after Marquette went up 38-31 and instead we turn it over and give up an easy 2 on the other end. Shaka used his nicely in the first half to stop our momentum up 6.

on the flip side this team isnt a half court team, especially without kadary. marquette is doing better after timeouts. its not just a timeout for one team. it might be the better move even if it seems counterintuitive.
