Game Thread: Seton Hall vs. Marquette

on one hand this is a great opportunity to get Marquette bench players decent minutes

on the other hand you have to beat us by at least 20 points to not drop in the NET for simply beat a bad team

Middleton & Coleman ā€œhotā€ from the field. Should be a ā€œcloseā€ game (he said sarcastically)

Marquette not playing what I would consider good basketball and they've still doubled up Seton Hall in the first half.

Down 33-21 at the half. Not a well played game so far by either team. Marquette 5-17 from three. Hall 0-8 from three. Staying in game at the line. Felton could have had a few assists, but played pretty poorly. Marquette seems way too perimeter oriented. Not blaming fans for light turnout.

halftime show's pearls of wisdom--"It's hard to win with bad players" Hits the nail on the head.
There's got to be something on the Discovery channel worth watching---

Any reason why no minutes for Gus tonight?

Assuming Sha feels like he canā€™t keep up with Gold on the perimeter. They really donā€™t play a true center.

If thatā€™s the case, then why even play Godswill?

Play Aligbe as your small ball 5.

Okorafor also invisible....not that he'd make any difference.

Itā€™s so bad I canā€™t even get mad. Itā€™s like watching a YMCA game where a bunch of guys just throw the ball around the perimeter and hope someone-anyone-steps up.

Very glad I sold my tickets for $5.

Exactly, not as bad as Giants, but already waiting for next year to get here.
