basically what you’re saying is it can be done…but if it’s not done do we get a new coach? That would be 4 years of no tournaments following a great stretch of tournament appearance consistency. Only other coach to follow such consistency of getting to the tournament was Blaney and he didn’t last long

I get it but I am not opining on the coach. I was not calling for Willard to be fired after 4 years. I did say the Canary recruiting and his approach was not getting it done and neither is Sha's approach this year Kevin changed his approach we'll see with Sha.

They were 0-18 in B12. Does that sound relevant to the SHU conference record this year. And those things should theoretically make it easier for Sha. You are the f**king gadfly of the century on the board. Go back to playing pickleball.

Willard didn’t take over a program that went to 6 of the previous 7 tournaments. The bar was raised. If he did take over a program in that shape, no doubt he would’ve been gone in 4 years. The expectation of hiring Willard was not to finally get us to the second weekend of the tournament. It was to clean up to the image and get back to the tournament. Missing 4 tournaments in row wasn’t even a consideration in March of 2022. Unless a miracle happens this week, it’s on the table for next season.
