Game Thread: Seton Hall vs. Xavier

X on a 13-0 run & the announcer says that to get back in the game, the Hall has to: 1) get back on D in transition, 2) Stop the turnovers, 3) guard the 3, 4) score some points !!! This has been going on all season, where's he been? Thankfully it wasn't Fanta.

Good first 1/2 for SH. Only 4th time this season held to 21 or less. Could have been worse. Will they reach 40+ (SH for game, X in 2nd 1/2. lol)

Here comes a 30+ point loss. With X"s record, Miller cannot afford to call the dogs off or risk the bubble status. But 21 points at the half??? This is beyond bad-

I’m at the game and in the first half Sha wanted Middleton to check in and he didn’t have his jersey in, left it in the locker room. Now he is t even on the bench in the 2nd half

We have such bad offensive players with absolutely no feel around the rim it's astounding. Still. 4 months in.

I've said it a couple times this year, but apparently he hasn't gotten the message. Whoever the guy is behind the announcers... screaming at the refs, STOP. You're literally always wrong.

Always wrong. Love it when he screams "And 1" yet no basket has been made.

He is a great, passionate Pirate fan though.

The 3 on 1 fast break in the 2nd half when we were clawing back when Coleman didn't pass and took a fadeaway jumper from outside the lane on the other side of the lane from where he started....classic. Shaheen tried to break something but thankfully didn't have anything around him to destroy.

Omg was screaming pass it to the trailer.
Kind of sums up the mentality of the situation and the team

Coleman is one of our few reasons for hope. He’s a sophomore. He’s going to be inconsistent and make mistakes.

Yup and it goes both ways when assessing his play. I think it's fair to say that some of the "points accumulation" is because we are often down big in games, we let him basically shoot whenever he wants (because he has to), so much of the "offense" we run is about getting him off screens or in switchable matchups, and he has the ultimate greenlight the entire game. So there is the Ricky Davis/Cavs element to that. The flipside though, and what's a good thing, is that he is the focal point of every opponent, so much of the scoring onus is on him, and he still has some really good games.
