South Orange, N.J. - The game time of the Seton Hall-Butler men’s basketball contest on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at Prudential Center has been changed from 7 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The game will be nationally televised on FS1.

Per usual Seton Hall and Prudential Center policy, the doors will open one hour prior to game time, which in this case is now 5:30 p.m. Tickets are still available and can be purchased through the Seton Hall Athletics box office (973-275-HALL), Ticketmaster or the Prudential Center box office.

why does Fox insist on staggering these games at 6:30/8:30 instead of 7/9? We should make rupert murdoch attempt to drive on route 21 in rush hour on a weekday.

Whatever Fox wants, Fox gets and since TV revenues drive college athletics today the school will always do what the Networks want when it comes to scheduling.

I'm thinking it's an attempt to draw viewers away from ESPN's traditional 7/9pm time slots. When games go head to head at the same time, ESPN will win. By starting and ending the games half an hour earlier, they may get more viewership at those key points in the game when viewership is naturally the highest. ESPN will still win, but FS1 may be able to make a small dent in the ratings because of this. Just a guess though, I don't have any info on this.

Stop off at "Denison's a men's clothier" and pick up a suit while you in traffic. That commercial for Denison's drove e crazy back in the day. And today it's a short drive.

I know people complain about noon games, 7pm tips, & 9pm tips but 6:30 really sucks for the working man. Terrible job by Fox

If you are approaching from the south, Broad St. is a much better option than Rt 21 in regards to traffic. 6:30 is a rough start time

They are trying to drive viewership up by making it impossible to get to the game so you might as well head home to watch there.

By February 10 interest in SH will either be at an all time high under what's his name or more of the same. Hope it's the former otherwise the game time change won't be affecting many fans.
