Winning the NIT will make zero statement. There was a time it did, even in semi-recent times. No more.

btw we played 8 kids in our NIT game last season. Three of them - Samuel, T Davis and Femi all transferred after. Two graduated. And the returners were Dawes, Dre and Sanders.
